Successfully defended the former head and participants of the company in a dispute on bringing to subsidiary liability for more than 500 million rubles

The claims presented to our clients (defendants) were related to the unfulfilled obligations of the company to its creditors. Lawyers managed to prove that there are no grounds for involving the head and members of the company, and the bankruptcy of the company is connected with objective circumstances, not related to the actions of the defendants. As a result, we protected our clients from unreasonable claims of the bankruptcy trustee in the amount of more than 500 million rubles. The court refused to satisfy the opponent’s claims against our client in full.
