LEGAL RIGHT successfully defended the client’s interests in an investment dispute

The client of the company, who invested in the construction of a shopping complex in the Northern capital, but did not wait for the completion of construction, decided to terminate the investment agreement with the developer and return the investment.

However, since the developer was in no hurry to return the funds received from the investor, the latter applied to the arbitration court for the protection of his rights.

As arguments, the developer not only pointed out the lack of grounds for the return of funds received from the investor, but also referred to the limitation period missed by the latter by more than seven years.
