Foreign trade participants, instead of issuing a transaction passport, must put contracts on record

Bank of Russia Instruction No. 181-I dated August 16, 2017, which came into force on March 1, 2018, changed the rules for conducting foreign economic activity.

From March 01, participants in foreign economic activity, instead of issuing a transaction passport, must put contracts on record.

Companies will need to register contracts for which the amount of obligations is greater than or equal to:

– 3 million rubles. — for import contracts and loan agreements;

— 6 million rubles. – for export contracts.
